By accessing and using BirthWell’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site and our services.

2. Use License

Permitted Use

• Personal, non-commercial use of website content

• Booking and attending classes as intended

• Accessing educational materials provided during courses

Prohibited Use

• Unauthorized commercial use of content

• Reproducing or distributing copyrighted materials

• Disrupting website functionality or security

• Using automated systems to access the site

• Sharing login credentials with others

3. Class Booking & Attendance

Booking Terms

• All bookings subject to availability

• Payment required to secure booking

• Accurate personal information must be provided

• Confirmation email constitutes booking agreement

Attendance Requirements

• Arrive on time for scheduled classes

• Follow instructor guidelines and safety protocols

• Respect other participants and facilities

• Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation

4. Payment Terms

Fees & Charges

• All fees are in Bahraini Dinars (BHD)

• Prices subject to change with notice

• Payment required before class commencement

• Late payment may result in booking cancellation

• Benefit Pay

• Cash payments

• Online payment platforms (TAP, etc.)

• 5. Refund Policy
  For workshops: while we cannot offer refunds for scheduling conflicts or emergencies, you may

• Transfer to a future workshop date if still pregnant

• Transfer your registration to a friend

• Access digital materials

• If you have your baby before the workshop, you can contact us for a refund

• In the unlikely event of a cancellation by BirthWell, attempts will be made to reschedule. If that is not possible, or alternative dates cannot be agreed, a refund for the session not yet taken will be given.
  
  For Courses/Private Coaching Sessions

• Fees are non-refundable, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances 

• No refunds will be issued after attending one or more sessions in a course package.

• Rescheduling sessions: as your class reserves time set aside for you, a 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling. When notice is less than 24 hours, you are subject to a BD10 rescheduling fee.

• In the unlikely event of a cancellation by BirthWell, attempts will be made to reschedule. If that is not possible, or alternative dates cannot be agreed, a refund for the session not yet taken will be given.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

• All website content, course materials, and methodologies are protected by copyright

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited

• Students may use materials for personal learning only

User Content

• Any content you provide remains your property

• You grant us license to use feedback for improvement purposes

• We may use testimonials and reviews with your permission

7. Liability Limitations

Class Participation

• Participation in classes is at your own risk

• We recommend consulting healthcare providers before physical activities

• We are not liable for injuries during classes except in cases of negligence

Service Availability

• We strive for consistent service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access

• Technical issues may occasionally affect online services

• Alternative arrangements will be made when possible

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes will be resolved in Bahrain courts.
