For Workshops:
While we cannot offer refunds for scheduling conflicts or emergencies, you may:
- Transfer to a future workshop date if still pregnant
- Transfer your registration to a friend

In the unlikely event of a cancellation by BirthWell, attempts will be made to reschedule. If that is not possible, or alternative dates cannot be agreed, a refund for the session not yet taken will be given.

For Courses/Private Coaching Sessions
Fees are non-refundable, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances
No refunds will be issued after attending one or more sessions in a course package.
Rescheduling sessions: as your class reserves time set aside for you, a 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling. When notice is less than 24 hours, you are subject to a BD10 rescheduling fee.
