My husband and I like to say our passports might be American but in our hearts we are Bahraini.  We have made our home, been loved on and shaped by the Middle East. Daniel and I have so much to be thankful for in each other and our three amazing children.

My title? COE - Chief of Encouragement. Impacting birth culture, empowering families and helping them be more prepared is my passion.

Truly birth has been a school for me where God has taught me foundational truths about breathing, making decisions, the power of our mindset and ways it impacts pregnancy and birth, life transitions and so much more.

I inherently believe that birth is safe, has an incredible design and that woman really are made for carry and bringing forth life. I have seen births of all types of empowering births. I love teaching birth classes and being a birth coach and doula for families no matter what kind of birth they choose.
